Shipping and Delivery
We can ship most of Explosion Luck's products anywhere in the world. Our minimum product fee for shipments beyond the 50 U.S. states, including international shipments is $250.00. Our shopping cart is currently configured to process orders placed in the 48 lower states (also known as the 48 contiguous states). If you are interested in buying our products and having them shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Europe, Canada, Asia, or anywhere else in the world, please contact us, and provide the URLs of the products you want to buy, your full name and your shipping address. We will email you a custom order that will include the shipping cost for sending our products to you anywhere in the world.
Duties and Taxes on International Orders
Please note that you may be subject to import duty or tax on goods entering your country and any of those additional fees are your responsibility. The amount of duty depends on the type of goods purchased and their assigned monetary value. Some items shipped internationally do not require you to pay any import duty. Explosion Luck will not be responsible for any additional charges associated with Customs clearance procedures, duties and taxes.
Shipping Rates for Shipments to the 48 Lower (Contiguous) States
With the exception of the products that qualify for a free shipping within the 48 lower or contiguous states, your FedEx, UPS or USPS shipping rates will vary depending on the type of art you order. Once you put the product(s) in the shopping cart and enter your shipping address, our system will calculate your shipping cost for shipping to addresses in the 48 lower states of the United States.
As soon as your payment goes through, you will receive a payment confirmation receipt, and we will start preparing your order for shipping.
We answer calls and emails 7 days a week, and ship products Monday through Friday. We do not ship on national holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.
We will ship your products within 7-10 working days of receiving your order.
Once you products are carefully packed and picked up by FedEx, UPS, or USPS, we will email you your tracking number. You will then be able to track your shipment status online at the courier company websites: http://www.fedex.com; http://www.ups.com and https://www.usps.com.
